Garden Cottage is a charming Victorian semi-detached cottage in the grounds of the Estate.
The lounge area has a flat screen TV/DVD and a log burning fire for cosy nights in!
It has a modern, well-equipped kitchen with all the mod cons you’ll need.
The cottage has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a comfortable twin bedroom with single beds and plenty storage.
There is a family bathroom with bath and separate shower enclosure.
The dining room incorporates a large solid wooden table with seating for six and an additional flat screen TV. There is a double sofa bed located here which is suitable for up to two children. Please note additional bedding for the sofa bed is only provided when there are more than four persons staying in the accommodation
Garden Cottage has a south facing patio area with seating, barbeque facilities and superb views. There is a shared garden with a small burn at the bottom.
All bed linen and towels are provided. Logs are provided for the fire.

Orchard Cottage is the perfect choice for a peaceful, cosy, relaxing break and is the slightly larger of the two Victorian semi-detached cottage we have on the Estate. Its tasteful interior with warm and inviting furnishings ensure you feel completely at home as soon as you arrive.
The large lounge area (with log burning fire) lounge area has a flat screen TV/DVD and a log burning fire for cosy nights in! There is a double sofa bed located here which is suitable for up to two children.
It has a beautiful sun room (with dining table) that offers beautiful views towards Ben Ledi mountain.
It has a large modern, well-equipped kitchen with all the mod cons you’ll need.
There is also a downstairs W.C with shower.
Upstairs, the cottage has a double bedroom with shower and a comfortable twin bedroom with single beds and plenty storage. There is a family bathroom with bath.
Orchard Cottage has a south facing patio area with seating, barbeque facilities and superb views. There is a shared garden with a small burn at the bottom.

If you require to cancel a reservation for any reason, you must notify us by telephone and confirm the cancellation in writing. We will then attempt to find an alternative tenant for the accommodation, but if we are unsuccessful then you will not be entitled to refund of any deposit.
In the event that you have to cancel within twenty-eight days of the commencement date of the holiday, you will be responsible for the full cost of the let for the reserved period of the tenancy unless we are able to find a substitute tenant, in which case a refund, less expenses, of any unexpired portion of the let will be made to you.
Our McNab log cabin has been specially adapted to cater for guests with mobility issues. There is a ramp up to the veranda of the cabin and the bathroom has been fitted with grab rails and a walk-in shower with pull down seat.

There is an abundance of places to see and explore in the immediate local area from ancient castles and monuments to modern feats of engineering such as the spectacular Falkirk Wheel. Of course you may decide to venture a little further afield to the great cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow and all they have to offer. Here are just a few suggestions to whet your appetite.
